To return a purchase made on our website:
- Reach out to our customer service team: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get an RMA form.
- Ship the jewelry and a completed RMA form back to us using your preferred shipping provider. (Keep a record of your tracking number.)

- Jewelry must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging. Returns outside of 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- All returns must have the original tags attached and be unworn, with no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
- You must provide the proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, gift receipt or order number.
- If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return.
- If your exchange requires additional payment, we will contact you for your payment details.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment less the cost of shipping. Shipping is not refundable.
- We require proof of tracking to replace lost packages.
- This policy excludes all sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We are unable to make exceptions for fit or sizing.
